Title: Assistant Executive Director
Description: Support the Executive Director for Partnership Growth
Title: WordPress Manager + Marketing Liaison
Own our web platform WordPress (infrastructure, not content)
Build membership sign-on page and process for membership sign-up.
Create an area with gated content accessible only to members.
Serve as a liaison with the Marketing team regarding website infrastructure
Prerequisites: Knowledge of website infrastructure, ability to coordinate technology with marketing
Title: Special Event Coordinator - Temporary Position for 6 months
Location: San Francisco Bay Area
- Works with the Sponsorship committee on organizing the upcoming San Francisco Bay Area event celebrating Women in Localization’s 10 year anniversary.
- Communicates with vendors and service providers such as of the venue, decor, catering, entertainment etc. This includes getting quotes, researching venues, mapping to approved budget, and coordinating with the sponsorship committee.
- Provides support with guests' invitations, logistics, promotional materials etc.
