They will present a case study from Zendesk that showcases challenges in cross-functional collaboration and approaches taken to overcome them.\n \nIn the second half of the session we will invite you to join us in guided breakout rooms\, where you will have an opportunity to share your own experience with this topic\, learn from others and of course meet other professionals in the field.
