DESCRIPTION:Learn the tools  to  mitigate the effects of stress and remain centered and grounded to better handle difficult situations.\n\n\nIn our personal and professional lives\, we are constantly challenged by stressors\, fears\, and worries. She integrates both wellness and mindfulness throughout MasterWord’s operations. As a leader with firsthand experience in the high-stress profession of interpreting\, Golovine understands the impacts of stress and anxiety on language and localization professionals\, managers\, and executives. For the past 15 years\, she has applied her training in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) therapy\, Trauma Informed Care as well as skills as Master Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner and Certified Demartini Method Facilitator to tirelessly help promote health and wellness to those in the language services industry.
