DESCRIPTION:Join us for a talk on promoting inclusivity\, in celebration of International Women’s Day\n\n\nWomen’s day is approaching and although a topic that is present every month of the year\, at Women in Localization Ireland\, we’d like to make sure we give our community the opportunity to express their views and share experiences as we build more inclusive working environments. \nNext Wednesday the 8th\, we will virtually grab lunch together while Victoria Romero guides us through inclusive communication and its importance in the workplace and beyond. \nWe also look forward to discussing measures organisations are taking to boost inclusivity in our daily tasks. \n \nThis is meant as an informal gathering where you’d be also able to share your point of view. \nAre you part of an  Employee Resource Group (ERG) at your company? \nDo you have any ideas you would like to explore with a broader audience? \nAs a localization enthusiast\, are there any languages for which inclusive language supposes a bigger challenge? \n \nWe can’t wait to hear more from you and are sure we will all go on with our days with new\, great takeaways. \nThe Zoom details will be shared via email on the day of the event.
