FICCI is the oldest\, largest and the apex business chamber in India. \nRebecca Ray\, Senior Analyst\, CSA Research \nIn her work as a senior analyst at CSA Research\, Rebecca Ray’s primary focus is global digital transformation\, enterprise globalization\, localization maturity\, social media\, and global product development. Her other coverage areas include crowdsourcing\, transcreation\, and internationalization. Since the 1980s\, Rebecca has focused on designing\, testing\, adapting\, and marketing high-tech products outside of the United States. She managed worldwide product design\, localization\, and marketing for successful products sold internationally by IBM\, Netscape Communications\, Remedy Systems\, Symantec\, and Sun Microsystems. She graduated summa cum laude with a master’s in Latin American studies from Indiana University.  \nLamiya Manghnani – Localisation Head at VMC\, Ambassador India at LocLunch™ \nShe has 20+ years of experience in localization industry and have explored how global brands and its digital assets would differ if localized as per the native audiences in India.
