In 2022\, she took over the leadership of the Language Technology Product Management team at RWS\, where alongside a very talented team\, she’s responsible for the portfolio of traditional as well as cutting-edge technologies for the largest technology company in the industry. \nAlisa Heinzman specializes in the design and translation of electronic questionnaires given to patients during drug trails. These questionnaires ask about a patient’s quality of life\, pain\, and feelings about their treatment. She and her team focus on eCOA design best practice to ensure a patient–in any language or locale–find the applications and questions as usable as possible. \n \nModerator: \nAlexandra Proca  is a Globalization Operations Manager at NetApp and a Video Series Program Manager at Women in Localization. A former journalist\, she has been working in localization for seven years and has volunteered for Women in Localization for the same amount of time. She had previously led the Global social media team for Women in Localization.
