Marketing committee content contributor, Anagha Patil speaks to two W.L. members about #LocWorld35 – Michele Carlson and Diana Ballard.

Michele Carlson is the Chapter Manager for Women in Localization’s Silicon Valley chapter. She is the Senior Localization Manager at Survey Monkey. Michele will host a session titled, “Translation is Dead” as part of the Core Competencies track with presenters Aido Bermudez from Lookout and Káre Lindahl from Venga Global.

Michele says, “(I am) so excited to attend LocWorld Silicon Valley this year. The program line-up is outstanding with speakers engaging in hot topics across the industry. Can’t wait to see old friends and colleagues and to meet new ones!

Diana Ballard is the Global Account Manager for STAR Group and is also a member of Women in Localization in both London and Silicon Valley. She is one of the presenters for a session titled, “The Making of the Book – The Language of Localization,” which will be hosted by Scott Abel from The Content Wrangler and is part of their Content Management series.
