“This chapter will offer new and experienced language professionals an opportunity to exchange experiences, build relationships and inspire all the amazing women working in the localization industry in Italy,” said Chapter Manager Noemi Clark Piva.

“Learning from each other’s experiences is a great tool for growth,” said Clark Piva. “One of the main pillars on which we want to build our chapter is creating a mentoring program. ‘Stronger together’ is our motto!”

The Chapter’s inaugural event will be held Wednesday, February 26, 2020 from 6:30 – 9:00 p.m. at Way2global’s office at Via Padre R. Giuliani, 10/A in Milan. With this new chapter, Chapter Manager Noemi Clark Piva looks forward to expanding the community of localization professionals in Italy.

“There are countless incredible women in the Italian localization landscape, but they are often in the shadows. It is now time to make their voices heard and Women in Localization will play a key role in that process.”
