Paula Shannon
A seasoned localization professional, Paula Shannon is Chief Evangelist at Lilt. Paula served as the Chief Sales Officer at Lionbridge for 17 years. In addition to her extensive sales accomplishments, Paula previously managed global operations for several years, serving as the co-GM of Lionbridge’s largest product line, consisting of 2,800 employees across 26 countries.
Denisse Kreeger
Denisse Kreeger is the Head of Global Localization Production at Riot Games and LA Chapter Manager at Women in Localization. With over 15 years of experience in the localization industry, Denisse has also managed localization production at Blizzard Entertainment and content localization at Netflix. Denisse graduated from UCLA and has a M.A. from the University of Roehampton in Audiovisual Translation.
Jennifer Vela Valido
Jennifer is a Localization Strategist with over 15 years of experience in the localization industry. She currently works as a Localization Vendor Manager at Expedia Group and serves as an EMEIA GEO Manager at Women in Localization. Jennifer is also pursuing a Ph.D. in Localization Quality Management while she works as a researcher and lecturer specializing in localization technologies, vendor management, and translation quality management in several universities in the UK and Spain. She is also an active member of the Subcommittee F43.03 on Language Translation at ASTM International and the ISO/TC 37/SC 5/WG 1 – Translation group.
