Women in Localization Switzerland is recruiting one volunteer who will take on the role of Chapter Manager.

You will lead the Women in Localization Switzerland Chapter and report to the GEO Manager.

You will be responsible for setting up the team, ensuring that all roles are covered and recruiting new volunteers.

Additionally, you will play a key role in driving Chapter engagement, fostering growth, and advancing the W.L. goals at the Chapter level.

The Marketing team at Women in Localization is seeking a volunteer Graphic Designer to support visual storytelling across digital channels.

This is a hands-on creative role responsible for developing visual assets that strengthen brand consistency, elevate campaigns, and support thought leadership and community engagement initiatives. The Graphic Designer plays a key role in ensuring that Women in Localization’s visual identity is cohesive, professional, and impactful across platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Design graphics and visual assets for social media, campaigns, and events
- Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager, Social Media Marketing Manager, and Social Media Content Creators to develop platform-specific visuals
- Ensure consistency of visual identity across channels and materials
- Translate strategic priorities and content into compelling visual formats
- Deliver high-quality design work within agreed timelines
- Maintain organized design files and shared brand assets

Commitment Expected: - 2-3 hours per week
- Attendance at one monthly team meeting

This role identifies and develops the campaigns needed to support fundraising, member engagement, and broader organizational goals.

Working closely with Program Liaisons and cross-functional teams, the Senior Manager surfaces timely initiatives and opportunities that can be activated through coordinated campaigns and engagement efforts.

This is a strategic execution role focused on campaign planning, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities:

- Campaign planning: Build and maintain an integrated campaign calendar.
- Campaign briefing: Translate organizational priorities into clear, actionable briefs.
- Program alignment: Partner with Program Liaisons to identify program milestones, stories, expertise, and community insights that support organizational campaigns.
- Member value alignment: Ensure campaigns consistently deliver meaningful value to members alongside donor and organizational goals.
- Thought leadership support: Surface relevant program expertise, themes, and conversations that contribute to editorial and thought leadership planning.
- Marketing prioritization: In collaboration with the Program Liaisons, determine what initiatives should be promoted, when, and through which channels based on organizational priorities and team capacity.

The role oversees workflow management, asset coordination, operational processes, and platform administration across web, email, and reporting infrastructure. It serves as the connective layer between strategy, editorial, social, and execution teams to ensure work is delivered effectively and on schedule.

Responsibilities:

- Workflow leadership: Manage campaign workflows, timelines, and operational processes to ensure projects move efficiently from planning to execution.
- Project and pipeline management: Oversee task prioritization, deadlines, dependencies, and delivery tracking across teams.
- Intake and coordination: Evaluate incoming requests, clarify operational needs, and route work to the appropriate teams or functional leads.
