This “Lunch and Learn” webcast will feature leaders from the buyer- and provider-sides of localization industry as we tackle negotiation and closing deals of all sizes. Moderated by Karen Tkaczyk, the panel will address topics such as active listening, commercial and payment terms; the concept of “Quid Pro Quo,” negotiating beyond money, and defining concessions.
