Meet the Program Leaders
Anna N. Schlegel
Anna N. Schlegel is Chair and co-founder of Women in Localization, with a career spanning executive leadership, governance, venture growth, and public service that led her to lead Women in Technology for 11 years.
She has served on multiple technology boards, helped scale and successfully sell two startups, and was part of Northwest Equity Partners LLC Board in the US, and Strategy Officer for GPA Innova in Catalonia. Anna currently serves as a Member of Parliament in the Parliament of Catalonia. Her executive experience includes leadership roles as General Manager at Procore and VP of Product Portfolio at NetApp.
She is also the author of Truly Global and is recognized globally for building organizations, scaling innovation, and advancing leadership at the intersection of technology, governance, and global impact.

Gary Muddyman
Gary Muddyman is an experienced executive leader, board advisor and mentor with deep expertise in leadership, governance and strategic business growth.
He serves as Chief Executive Officer of Pixia Ltd., and is a seasoned international executive, corporate advisor, and mentor. As Founder and 17-year CEO of Conversis, Gary has deep global business expertise spanning both corporate environments and non-profits, including serving as Chair of Sebastian’s Action Trust and on the Women in Localization Advisory Board.
