The Marketing team at Women in Localization is seeking a volunteer Email Marketing Manager to own the email marketing strategy and the email channel end to end.

Reporting to the Content Marketing Manager, the Email Marketing Manager will define how email supports organizational goals across campaigns, thought leadership, events, programs, and community engagement. This role ensures email is managed as a strategic owned channel with clear objectives, structured planning, consistent branding, and measurable performance.

Responsibilities:

- Write all email content
- Own the overall email marketing strategy and roadmap
- Manage the email channel end to end, including newsletters, campaign emails, announcements, and program communications
- Develop and maintain a clear, branded, and consistent email framework
- Build and manage the email editorial calendar aligned with marketing priorities
- Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager and other stakeholders to support campaigns and initiatives
- Monitor and analyze email performance metrics, providing insights and optimization recommendations
- Identify opportunities for audience segmentation, engagement, and subscriber growth
- Ensure consistency of tone, messaging, and brand voice across all email communications
