Please join us as we explore effective coping strategies and practices to help us remain centered and grounded during these uncertain times.

About this Event

Women in Localization, Texas Chapter would like to invite you to our April 29, 2020 virtual event.

In our personal and professional lives, we are constantly challenged by our stressors, fears, and worries. The COVID-19 pandemic has brought these stress triggers to the forefront for many, introducing new concerns and doubts to our lives. All of the feelings you are experiencing as a result of these challenges are normal and we all react in different ways. However, there are actions we can take in response to our activations.

Please join Ludmila Golovine, Manager of the Texas Chapter of Women in Localization and CEO of MasterWord Services, for a conversation with Dr. Alejandro Chaoul, PhD, founder and director of The Jung Center’s Mind Body Spirit Institute, and Lisa Dion, LPC, RPT-S, founder and President of the Synergetic Play Therapy Institute, as we explore effective coping strategies and practices which can help us remain centered and grounded during these uncertain times.

Agenda:

  • 1 pm – 2 pm – Panel discussion
  • 2 pm – 2:15 pm – Q&A
  • 2:15 pm – 2:30 pm – Guided meditation
