Translation Risk Management

While much of our attention in translation and localization projects is focused these days on managing and increasing linguistic quality, the various business risks inherent in the projects often go undetected and unmitigated. Dr. Carmen Canfora and Angelika Ottman, both translators by education, founded Risikoscouts (https://risikoscouts.de/) based in Germany to help clients assess and address the risks in their translation projects. We look forward to our Risk Scouts sharing their insights, followed by a Q&A session and general discussion among all attendees.
