New technology – such as AI and neural machine translation – is changing our jobs and our ways of working. Change is nothing new, and yet the change and innovation cycles are getting shorter and more disruptive.

Continuous learning and openness to innovation are key if we want to be successful in our job. This sounds straightforward, but how do we do this in real life?

In a short talk and based on a self-reflection exercise, Dr. Jessica Di Bella will explore with us what it takes to master the future and enjoy it, too. We’ll look at innovation and transformation skills, learn how to cultivate self-leadership and get an overview about methods and tools for self-motivation and strengthening our resilience.

Jessica is an expert for innovation and entrepreneurship. Since 2005, she has worked as a consultant, coach, and since 2008 she has taught at several international universities and business schools. Jessica’s work is based on her dissertation about entrepreneurial resilience at the University of Mannheim, Germany, and her research stays CET at Stanford University, in Silicon Valley, USA. More about Jessica
