About the speakers:

Jessica Rathke: she began her career within the languages services industry where she was a top sales performer for more than two decades. In 2011, she founded L10N Sales and Marketing, a sales training and consultancy aimed specifically at helping language service providers improve their sales performance. In 2020, Jessica rebranded her company to FluentSales LLC to reflect her goal for every salesperson, manager or team that she works with become confident, articulate and natural in their sales processes: Fluent Sellers, in other words. She has trained and consulted with SMEs in over 50 countries. Jessica also provides cross-cultural training, accredited in the Hofstede-Insights cultural model and has provided training courses to translation industry associations, LSPs, as well as global companies to help global teams communicate more effectively.

Agata Szubstarska: she is the Managing Director at Summa Linguae Technologies in Poland. With a decade of localization industry experience, she specializes in vendor management and is passionate about optimizing supplier networks and efficiencies. Originally from Poland, she now relishes Portugal’s sunny lifestyle.

Avishta Seeras: she works as a Cultural Ambassador Matchmaker at Cultura Connector, fostering connections between cultural educators and organizations. With a background in cross-cultural communication and people management, she amplifies voices from diverse backgrounds.

Natasha Marques: she has a multifaceted background in audiovisual and localization and a passion for optimizing processes and fostering collaboration. With a Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication – Audiovisual, an MBA in Project Management, and post-graduate studies in People Management and Audiovisual Translation, Natasha currently serves as the LATAM Events Screening Coordinator at Netflix.

This event will be hosted and moderated by the Education and Content team within the Global Community of Women in Localization.

🔴 This live event will be hosted on Zoom and it will be recorded. It’s free to attend but you have to register through Eventbrite so we can email you the Zoom login details.

The event is open to everyone but the recording will only be available to Women in Localization members.
