WLIE: Learn & Share:Overcoming challenges in cross-functional collaboration

Localization is situated in the intersection of several fields that include software engineering, business, marketing and languages. This commonly means that processes are managed across multiple teams and functions in an organization. The specific challenges arising from this will be the subject of our Learn & Share session on Overcoming challenges in cross-functional collaboration.

We start our session off with a presentation by Ketty Tirrito, Localization Team Lead, and Sirisha Neduri, Senior Localization Quality Engineer at Zendesk. They will present a case study from Zendesk that showcases challenges in cross-functional collaboration and approaches taken to overcome them.

In the second half of the session we will invite you to join us in guided breakout rooms, where you will have an opportunity to share your own experience with this topic, learn from others and of course meet other professionals in the field.
