WLIE: Success with annual planning

For our next event, Women in Localization Ireland is bringing together a great group of localization professionals who find themselves in the need of scoping, forecasting and planning localization budgets every year at their company.

Whether you have recently gone through it, you’re just about to kick off the process for next year or, yet, would simply like to learn more about it… join us for our localization annual budget planning event!

After providing a brief introduction to the subject, our guest speakers Giulia Tarditi, Diana Georgieva, Laura Cociasu and Buket Vidilnisan will touch on the multiple factors at play during the planning phase. From the importance of understanding the company’s business needs and objectives, to the need of finding the appropriate balance between quality, scalability and cost effectiveness, this event will be packed with knowledge sharing and useful insights into a rather difficult task localization professionals are faced with every year.
