WLTX – Coaching in Localization

Women in Localization Texas welcomes you to an online event featuring three industry luminaries who will discuss the role of career coaching in localization.

• Eva Gross has held multiple roles in localization and product management, creating and localizing products customers love worldwide. Eva started her localization career working for a small video game localization provider before working at Apple and then founding and scaling the localization programs at Bold and Stripe. Currently, Eva is working as a consultant helping startups create and develop localization programs from scratch.

• Kimi Navai is an accomplished
  innovator of international products, with a successful track record in building and evolving global brands and products worldwide. Kimi has a strong understanding of
  consumer behavior and 20-year experience building and leading strong teams to drive
  innovation, growth and achieve measurable results at Netflix, Apple, and others. Kimi has recently retired from corporate life to focus on consulting and coaching.

• Andrew Lawless helps consultants to grow and scale their businesses without the grind. He is
  certified in High Performance Coaching and a finalist for the Kolbe Professional Award, which
  recognizes him as one of the world’s leading experts in human instincts coaching. Andrew served as
  a consultant to the FBI’s legendary Behavioral Science Unit, the world’s leading life science
  companies, and top 10 global technology leaders. He is a former adjunct professor for
  localization project management at the University of Maryland.
