Women in Localization Appoints Marie Flacassier as Board Member, Treasurer

Marie Flacassier is a France-born, California-based localization leader and entrepreneur with deep expertise in operations and financial oversight. As the founder of BeatBabel, she partners with organizations to design scalable, real-world approaches to managing multilingual complexity.

A recognized industry leader, Marie previously served on the Board of the Globalization and Localization Association (GALA), including as Chairwoman. She has also been an active contributor to the Women in Localization Los Angeles chapter, reflecting her longstanding commitment to advancing the community.
