First W.L. Kudos Awards of 2026: Recipients

Maya Tsirulnik

“Maya has been an outstanding contributor to the Global Community Mental Health & Wellness Program since its launch. She joined the initiative immediately and quickly became a key driving force as Team Lead, bringing not only her dedication as a volunteer but also the expertise of a seasoned executive. As a Vice President at a company within our industry, Maya’s professionalism, leadership, and strategic thinking have been invaluable to the program.

In a short time, Maya mastered existing processes and actively contributed to creating new ones alongside the team. Her initiative to research the program’s impact and collect structured feedback significantly expanded our vision and directly influenced program strategy. She is also the driving force behind the Mental Health & Wellness newsletter, taking full ownership of its creation and development. Unafraid of hard work, experimentation, and responsibility, Maya exemplifies the spirit of leadership and impact that the Women in Localization KUDOS Award celebrates.”

Priscila Mottola

“Priscila brings a rare combination of vision and execution to her volunteer work. She identified a gap in how data and metrics were used across programs and proposed a powerful idea to foster shared ownership by making them open, accessible, and meaningful to everyone involved.

Through her leadership, programs now have clearer visibility into their impact, enabling better decision-making and long-term sustainability. By centering transparency and accessibility, Priscila has helped shift metrics from being a reporting requirement to a practical tool teams can actually use.

Her work demonstrates that when data is thoughtfully designed and shared, it empowers people, strengthens programs, and creates lasting organizational change.”
