We are meeting at The National Academies of Emergency Dispatch (NAED) in downtown Salt Lake City. Since its inception, the NAED has occupied two roles: one as a membership-driven association for the professional recognition of dispatchers, and the other as an Academy that develops and maintains dispatch protocols and curriculum for member use in response to emergency calls for help. The NAED has a professional localization team that works into more than 30 languages.
We are grateful for their invitation to host Women in Localization’s Spring Event. Come network with other localizers, engineers, translators and those involved in the language industry. Our panel of experts will give insight into tools, tips on project management, and answer questions from the audience.
