This new in-person W.L. UK event is open to anyone who is looking to start out or advance in their localization career, or simply would like to be up to date with how the localization sector is evolving. We will discuss the new challenges set out by AI, from recruitment processes to supplier negotiations.

We will be joined by:

• Emily-Jane Jacq – recruiter in the localization industry, will share her insights on how to position yourself as a professional or candidate

• Alex Ross-Scott – Global talent director, will talk about how to stay authentic in the recruitment process and how AI is changing things

• Salome Lopez-Lavado – Director of Supplier Success, will focus on vendor management and payments and negotiations.
