WLIN : Indian Language Ecosystem – Challenges and Opportunities
November 22, 2019 @ 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
India’s diversity is best represented by the variety of languages that are spoken across the nation. It has been estimated that by 2021, non-English internet users will account for nearly 75 percent of the nation’s total internet user base. India’s internet market had around 570 million users as of end-2018, and this is expected to grow to 630 million by end-2019. What are the challenges and opportunities of this ecosystem?
Women in Localization India invites you to hear a panel of industry experts discuss the Indian Language Ecosystem. The event is FREE. Please register your spot on Eventbrite as there is a limited number of tickets. While we encourage you to attend in-person, we will be allowing remote access to the event as well.
